Orders over $49 ship free to continental U.S. USPS standard shipping is $5.95.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
You may receive your order sooner or later than the estimated delivery time depending on order processing factors or shipping transit timelines.
Here at Life on the Gulf, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) (excluding decals/stickers) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below, please note that for exchanges not all products will be exchangeable.
You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of ship date for a full refund. This refund will include the price paid for the item as well as the shipping and handling fees. You receive the original shipping fees in order for you to return the item back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping. Please return all packaging that came with your product, including a copy of the packing slip or receipt so that we can restock the item and expedite the refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You can exchange unworn, unused damaged/defective items within 30 days of ship date. You may also exchange an item for a different size. Pease return all packaging that came with your product, including a copy of the packing slip or receipt so that we can restock the item.
In order to keep the line of communication open, please email email@example.com before sending the return item(s), this will allow us to exchange your purchase accordingly and allow us to prepare the exchanged products that we’ll be sending you.
